Returns and Exchanges

Because every Floofhaus product is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We know that is not the most exciting policy in the world but it is the reality of making things fresh on demand rather than sitting on a pile of stock.

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective or just not right we will absolutely fix it. No questions asked, no fuss.

Here is how it works. If your order arrives and something is wrong, send us an email at hello@floofhaus.com within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will get a replacement sorted for you straight away.

We want you to love your Floofhaus order. If something is not right we want to know about it.

On sizing, please check our size guide on the product page before ordering. Because we make to order we cannot swap sizes after production has started so it is worth double checking before you hit that buy button.
